issue with Monocle UI window #38

Just as an FYI, I installed the latest v.0.3.28 Monocle UI on two different Windows boxes. On both, the UI looks like this below where it's not possible to resize the screen and thus have no way to initiate a conversion without access to whatever button or control is hidden.

Issue is now fixed with v0.3.32.
