Thank you for providing this excellent software! When I use the 1_run_TRF.sh script to create a custom reference panel, I meet the error below:
chr_make_reference.sh: line 11: =X: command not found
I think this because of an additional "$" character in line 11 of chr_make_reference.sh, and the following may be right?
NONNUM=${NONNUMCHR//,/ }
