Remaining Kirkstone Changes

Changes include:

• Set module signing key in local.conf thus allowing to drop meta-appends
• Deploy trustmeimage through Yocto deploy mechnism thus enabling SSTATE control
• config file templates
• fixes to IMA kernel config
• version updates for: ibmtss2, sc-hsm-embedded, uid-wrapper
