Feature Request: libretro core #7

Hello, I would like to have this emulator available as a libretro core so I can use it with RetroArch instead of VeMUlator (which is pretty outdated and almost lost media). I've heard that this emulator is somewhat still active and there's been some interest from the libretro community.

Guys... would be an absolute honor... I dedicated a good deal of my life to the VMU, and I have quite a bit of the next release of ElysianVMU ready-to-go which increases accuracy even further...

...but just one problem... I'm one of the guys on the team porting Grand Theft Auto 3 to the Sega Dreamcast.... which is currently consuming every ounce of my free time. I would absolutely love to do this as soon as the project concludes, and I'm back to VMU development full-time!

Oh my god... GTA 3 ON THE DREAMCAST!? Well, I sure wasn't expecting that, but go ahead, take your time :3 (imagine if that port got VMU support...)
