Admin dashboard JS clash with WooCommerce #27

Also noted happening with plugins other than DCF. However, even if WooCommerce fix things, it's probably a good idea to target the DCF JS so the scripts aren't on pages where they're not needed.

No longer happening with DCF 0.9.1 and WC 2.1.10.
