Wrong date/time formats with non en-us locale #272

Describe the bug

The date/time formats are not selected from the current locale.

To Reproduce

  1. Choose de as locale
  2. Login
  3. Go to share link
  4. Choose date (date/time format is en-us)

Expected behavior

Current locale date/time formats.
