Allow duplicate accounts with null as mail adresss #437

Describe the change

262 introduced a unique index for mail.

Current situation

This means that multiple accounts can not have null as value.

Should

Allow null as value.

Additional context

Not this requires ballooncli upgrade to be executed after upgrading to v2.7
