To prevent having to pull apart the AC unit:

Fallback to AP mode on WiFi connection failure.
New reboot option is added to the captive portal.
For some security, on fallback, AP SSID is set to HVAC_XXXX (XXXX last 4 character MAC address), password is set to the same as the SSID.

Doing this change please certify that when a full house shutdown occurs and if your router takes a while to start up, try to connect after a while. Otherwise you will need to connect to each HVAC and reboot the system in order to connect again.

Maybe somebody can add that in the furture, at this point this is all i have time for.

In it's current state, if wifi fails you have no option but to power cycle the aircon at the breaker, it will not keep retrying. With this commit you would still have to power cycle the aircon if the AP doesnt come up before the aircon but at least with a failed or changed configuration, you dont have to pull out the board.
