Spanish translation, some mqtt doc and nodemcuv2 #72

I made pio environment to LoLin(v3) nodemecuv2 in order to test and develop. Later I create a spanish interface translation. An last I needed some additionad information to not use via HA, I'm a nodered fan and I use direct MQTT commands .
