Broken link for pt_BR gnome catalogs #11

Brazilian Portuguese GNOME catalogs are named pt_BR.po, but Open-tran has
links to pt_br.po files in its suggestions page.

Steps:
1. Load pt-br.open-tran.eu/suggest/label
2. Click on the first item: Rótulo (5×GNOME + 8×KDE + 2×Mozilla)
3. Click on the first subitem: GNOME beast / Label

The link is broken; it points to
http://svn.gnome.org/svn/beast/trunk/po/pt_br.po, but it should point to
http://svn.gnome.org/svn/beast/trunk/po/pt_BR.po
