Adds the soccer team management functionality to the GUI #35

Includes basic functionality of soccer management, modeled to match the layout of the wrestling GUI. Also includes a back button for the wrestling and soccer GUI.

This code increases the GUI capabilities of the application. With further development, more functionality can be added to the soccer management and include more sports to manage. Closes issue #34
