Adding tooltips to GUI menu options #42

In the current state menu options can be unclear to the end user. Adding tool tips to each option would increase the clarity the overall application. Annotation 2020-03-27 212826 As you can see the button have no further explanation to their individual function; adding tool tips would help users of the program better understand each function.
