Import Soccer Players/Teams From text, clear data #59

You can add teams/players to the soccer team management with a file, but can not add individual teams/players. When the players and teams are added, you can not remove them and must exit the program to restart.

Other teams have attempted to implement the importation feature into the wrestling manager, this will bring it more in line with the wrest of the program.
