Telnet Removed #38

In this last beta Telnet Removed. Please bring it back..

Also Tx Range working good for me.

Telnet has been removed by previous releases (not this beta), use ssh instead.

Use 'TELNETD=y' option to rebuild the firmware from the source if you really need it.
