AdWords dimension/metric combination returns 0s

Name of affected component: Core Reporting API

Issue summary:
According to the dimension/metric reference guide 
(https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/reporting/core/dimsmets), 
the combination of the dimensions ga:adSlot and ga:adSlotPosition with metrics 
ga:impressions and ga:CTR should be valid. However, it always returns 0 for 
those metrics.

Steps to reproduce issue:
Sample query URL: 
https://www.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/data/ga?ids=ga%3AXXXXXXX&dimensions=ga%3
AadSlot%2Cga%3AadSlotPosition&metrics=ga%3Avisits%2Cga%3ACTR&start-date=2013-02-
13&end-date=2013-02-27&max-results=50

Have the same problem. When dimensions contains ga:adSlotPosition then 
ga:impressions are only zeros.

I am noticing the same problem. ga:adSlotPositiong and ga:impressions combined 
produce no results.
