Request summary:
Ability to extract information about content grouping definitions

Use Cases:
Troubleshooting and documenting rule definitions via the admin GUI becomes 
difficult once there are more than a small number of rules involved. At the 
moment we depend on manually updating spreadsheets when working with this 
subject, which is in itself liable to human error.

In addition to reading configuration details for content groupings, it would be 
valuable to have write access to update the content grouping configurations. 

Imaging a client with 500+ views, each with 5 content groupings consisting of 
10+ rules. Having to do this manually through the web interface is 
prohibitively time consuming.
