Name of related component: Tracking Code (analytics.js)

Request summary:
Under Admin for the Property: "Tracking Info -> Referral exclusion list", it 
would be nice to simply be able to check a box to exclude known sources. 'Known 
sources' could be implemented with a link to 
https://github.com/piwik/referrer-spam-blacklist/blob/master/spammers.txt

Use Cases:
Fight referral spam polluting the analytics info.
