Get A Configuration Code Page Doesn't Work!

Hi,

I want to track my mobile app. by Google Analytics. I need a configuration file 
and i can't get it. It's not possible to open the webpage, which is mentioned 
on the Summary box.

Could you please fix it?

Does this problem persist if you first visit 
https://console.developers.google.com/mobilesdk/bootstrap and create a 
developer project?
