Analytics Web Dashboard not surfacing Device Model from SDK #847

The issue is that (at least in the iOS SDK) the Device Model is being sent as 
part of the GA Payload under &dm (although not standard human readable) but it 
is not appearing as part of the Google Analytics Dashboard.

It would also be good to include the human readable format of the device 
(iPhone 4S, iPhone 6S) etc.
