Unlinking a user keeps the email used locking it forever

Is user unlinks, the email is still bound to the user. Thus trying to log in with the same email again won!t be possible. Also as the user is unlinked there is no way the unlock the email. Ideas:

• create a "send me a single use access token to my email"
• ban unlinking the last identity
• remove the email
