Add a feature to reset the Request portion of the interface #23

There's a Clear Response button, a Clear Request feature would be useful as 
well. Wouldn't have 
to be a button though, I'd think a menu item would be just fine.

Now that I think about it, you'd never want to clear the Request and leave the 
Response. So it should probably 
actually be a "Reset Everything" feature.
