Instability at 1836 compared to r2 #1

It seems r2 was rock solid at 1836 but for some reason rc3 causes reboots when OCed above 1680.

Pulled some bad values the last release. I'm sticking with the tried and true ones from Da_G's gingerbread OC kernel until someone has time to do empirical testing.
