Instability after 1680mhz #6

I noticed that I still have instability even after the first fix. R2 and before were more stable. I also know this because flapp's .8 is rock at over 1800mhz. I'd like to use this kernel for the different governors.

Tweak the voltages using system tuner or CPU tweaker. Flapp has much higher voltages which allow you to be stable at higher frequencies.
