HTML viewer focus #106

Sometimes when I put cursor into document's text, scrolling by mouse works, but 
UP and DOWN keys don't work or switch pages/toolbar buttons but not scroll 
page. And sometimes all works well...

This is a window focus issue. 

When selecting a page from the topic tree, the highlight point out that focus 
locate in the side pane. If you press UP/DOWN key at this time, it will only 
move up/down within this tree, and the page switch correspondingly. So you just 
need to make a click on the content window, let the focus back.

SOMETIMES it doesn't work... don't know why. Now all works fine, but from time 
to time document don't accept focus. In such cases I do right-click and 
document scrolls well.
