Keyboard Shortcuts in Fullscreen Mode #34

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to be able to use keyboard shortcuts such as <Ctrl>+, <Ctrl>- for
zoom, or <Alt><left_arrow>, <Alt><right_arrow> to go to previous/next page.
The do work in normal mode, but not in fullscreen mode.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.5, Ubuntu 9.04
