To reproduce:
1. Open the attached document (it is Prototype documentation).
2. Click on $A in Topics panel (section "Utility Methods").

The page will not open. Warning "The file
/home/ludek/.chmsee/bookshelf/6091931f900fcd717414581d278745f5/$a.html
cannot be found. Please check the location and try again." is displayed.

I'm using chmsee-1.0.7 (compiled from sources).

The file
/home/ludek/.chmsee/bookshelf/6091931f900fcd717414581d278745f5/$a.html is
indeed missing. The same problem is with all the files with $ in name.
The attached document works on Windows (using Microsoft's utility) as expected.

Btw. I like the program and this is the only issue I have found. Great job.

The $ and # prefixed files are SPECIAL in chm_lib. Currently ChmSee only extract
NORMAL files to bookshelf directory. In future version, ChmSee will extract
those
SPECIAL files. Thanks for your report.
