Let bookshelf cache follow XDG guideliness #95

Currently chmsee places it's cache in ~/.chmsee/bookshelf, but moving this to 
$XDG_CACHE/.cache/chmsee/bookshelf allows backup software for example to skip 
this. In the end there will be less clutter in the users homedir.

A patch has been attached to enable this against a recent GIT release.

I also move chmsee config file to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME directory.
