chmsee should remember preference font settings

Fedoar 13 | Chmsee 1.1.0 from the repo.

Chmsee preference: fonts setting is grayed out when no document is open.

The default is 12 pt (sans) var. & 12 pt (monospace) fixed on my system.

Every document I open have to be set to a 16 pt size to be readable.

I would like a constant setting (i.e. remember last) or a .confi file to edit 
to set a default font size.

I have pushed this feature to github. You can choose favorite font in the same 
preferences window when no chmfile is opened.
