The focus of this PR is to add test cases for language detection and text transformation functions related to English and Chinese content.

Added a test to check if a prepared Chinese text is correctly identified as non-English.
Added a test to verify the transformation of Chinese text to plain text.
Included prepared Chinese text files for testing.
