1 year ago I know the midi system is much different than the audio routing, but I still hope we get multi-midi-out (getting more than one channel of midi data) from plugins some time in the future. :/

A. No. One Max for Live audio effect can only have a pair of MID I/O.
Also examined having multiple selections and switching them, however, there is no way to get all MIDI I/O types without selecting MIDI I/O channels.
Alternatively, you can put multiple MIDI Routers in a chain to choose which routing is active.
