What is the purpose of restricting the ability to define inbound and outbound policies per participant. The setting is within the sdx_global

Is this predefined or edited by Torch later?

Looks like it is predefined in the template and is never changed by Torch

Seems that this is only reflecting if a particular participant has in- or outbound policies: See gentest.py
