about box nor options box nor setup.exe work for me, standalone works #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Help->About nor Tools->Options screens appear for me
Setup.exe fails with error 
The following error occurred attempting to install
'C:\software\iphone\iPhoneList.application':
"The system cannot find the file specified. "

See the setup log file located at
'C:\DOCUME~1\user\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSD3D2.tmp\install.log' for more information.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhoneList.0.9.1.40-Setup.exe

Please provide any additional information below.
Standalone version works great (other than the about box nor the options box)

Try the latest version for install errors.

Options Box is next.
Help About.. I need to get to that.

But I DID add a lot of new features!
