Cannot install the setup.exe file due to a temporary file not existing. #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download any of the setup.exe files.
2. Double click to run the application setup.
3. ERROR: cannot complete setup due to a temporary file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the setup to be complete. I see an ERROR.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iphoneList.0.9.8.85.Setup.exe
iphoneList.0.9.8.70.Setup.exe

Please provide any additional information below.
