What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. first tried standalone - received error box, further investigationinto
details revealed that it was looking for "iPhonelist.application" but the
file extracted was "iPhonelist.exe" I renamed it to what is was
calling "iPhonelist.application"
2. launched the iPhonelist.application and a window appears
stating "Cannot Start Application" "cannot continue. The application is
improperly formatted. Contact the application vendor for assistance."
"

I had the same problem when trying to run the application from a network drive.
 I
moved the application to a local drive and it worked fine. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem. It says that it cannot find the .application file. i
tried
both the standalone and the regular versions of the application and produced
the same
problem both times.
