Add AVIF #352

Adds Avif support using bimg v1.1.5. bimg and it's dependencies (libvips, libheif) still need Avif support compiled in via libaom or rav1e.
Add some debug logging in url signing
Update bimg to 1.1.5
Update vips in container to 8.10.6

@perosb Nice Pull-request, just what I needed. But maybe you could also update the README.md as it states on several places that it only supports png,jpeg and webp as output. AVIF should be added to. "imaginary is able to output images as JPEG, PNG and WEBP formats", and a couple of other places.
