Tag the source #85

It would be very helpful if you could tag releases as well. This would enable distributions to use the source tarball from GitHub instead of PyPI.

Tags have been used for all releases, there just hasn't been a GitHub release created for each release. If you look at the list of the tags, you should find what you're looking for.
