documentation at readthedocs in not available #91

visiting the site https://readthedocs.org/projects/jsonpath-ng/ gives the blank page when clicking on the links

I don't believe documentation setup was ever completed for Read the Docs. I've removed the link from the README for now but this can of course be revisited in the event there is proper documentation available.
