Create a system self-check system to let installers know that H2O runs on a cluster. Currently customers install H2O but then initially launch with too large a memory request, and believe that H2O doesn't run at all on their cluster. Reporting memory issues is a separate JIRA issue. This would run with limited memory and run through a basic job.
