Neeraja Madabhushi commented: Starting h2o as standalone was able to delete flow, looks like hdfs issue.
Prithvi Prabhu commented: This is an issue with the flow storage API in H2O.

Steps to reproduce :
h2o started on hadoop as below : hadoop jar h2odriver.jar -nodes 7 -mapperXmx 80g -gc -output Sep8-1 -baseport 55555 -flow_dir hdfs://mr-0xd6/user/neeraja/myflow-1 -disown
1) Go to http://172.16.2.185:55555/flow/index.html 2) Click on flow 3) Click on the delete icon next to flow 4) Click on refresh
Flow not deleted, still in flow view.
