Update resources webpage w/ new booklets #15055

This page should be updated soon: http://h2o.ai/resources/

Since the booklet pdfs are now part of the build process, we should probably get a generic link that always points to the latest pdf for each booklet.

For example, this: http://h2o-release.s3.amazonaws.com/h2o/master/latest/docs-website/h2o-docs/booklets/DeepLearning_Vignette.pdf Instead of this: http://h2o-release.s3.amazonaws.com/h2o/master/3190/docs-website/h2o-docs/booklets/DeepLearning_Vignette.pdf

And then we can link to the booklets on the resources page.

J commented: Note to [~accountid:557058:80e5009b-b46d-4f82-abdd-4a92f1fe1d41]: All references to leanpub should be removed, as this is a deprecated version. This change needs to be made before Strata, as all the booklets have been published with links to h2o.ai/resources.
