Improve our sagemaker market algos #6555

Current algos there is just POC put into production the improvement should contain:

Get rid of “training“ hyperparameter
Automatically recognize what is training parameter and what is algo parameter
Use H2O build-in validation and do not copy it into sagemaker training script
Update algos to current H2O version
