Change XGBoost failed to load message for PPC #9409

The screenshot below is from the h2o.out log file after a DAI install on IBM PPC. !image-2019-01-16-10-08-46-739.png|thumbnail! As I understand it this is expected behavior as XGBoost is not supported on IBM PPC. However the current message gives the impression the install was not completely successful when it actually is.
