Write Random Forest booklet #9978

H2O's Distributed Random Forest algorithm does not have a booklet. Therefore, a lot of the implementation details have never been written down and should be documented for reference. Writing this booklet will require interviewing [~accountid:557058:3bc534f4-c129-4d5f-b8c1-5a69d34942ee] and others about the details of the algorithm and looking through h2ostream for information.
