Description

Links to Python wheels of the recently released stable version (0.3.0) are broken - not just malformed or obsolete - the underlying files are missing on the server.

To reproduce:

• follow this link to version 0.3.0: 0.3-nccl-cuda8/h2o4gpu-0.3.0-cp36-cp36m-linux_x86_64.whl

Expected behavior:

• follow this link to version 0.2.0: 0.2-nccl-cuda8/h2o4gpu-0.2.0-cp36-cp36m-linux_x86_64.whl
