On the release of next version we should update http://spark.rstudio.com/h2o.html doc:

simplify install string of our packages - as described in PUBDEV-2963
ensure that examples or scripts are attaching expected libraries at the beginning of session, after merging SW-238 rsparkling will no longer depends on h2o and sparklyr but import them, so to use h2o or sparklyr functions directly you must attach them, using for example library(h2o); library(sparklyr)
