feat: rewrite twitter sentiment #49

cleaned up code
used native Wave plots instead of plotly ones
minor readme formatting
flex layout - also mobile friendly

Possible improvements:

provide public twitter API credentials as I think making their own is a showstopper for this app (even I was too lazy to create my own dev twitter creds)
dark theme
