Bug fix for #55 #57 #59

Let me know if this is the right fix. Pct was hardcoded to first index before.

The average (59.71) is still 6% which I find surprising. Maybe there are some real outliers but I wouldn't expect 94% of people to be paying more than the average amount. Especially since $61.77 is at 61%. So maybe something funky with the default still

For #57, I think this is mostly good but the UI of changing pages when you turn on dark mode is non-ideal

Yeah for default rank also needs to be mean vs index 0. Pushed
