Crash when PC is offline #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn off or disable Network on Windows.
2. start service
3. crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd like to see it work offline

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I am trying to use it as a local service and I'd like to serve files even when 
network is off, is it possible? (only for local host)
