In https://github.com/h3abionet/h3agatk/blob/master/workflows/GATK/GATK-Sub-Workflow-Workflow-h3abionet-haplotype.cwl#L208 the bwa-mem step is called using an input dictCreated. The bwa-mem.cwl tool has no such input. What is this input meant for? I thought the sequence dictionary created by Picard is for use in GATK?
