Can the code at the bottom of workflows/GATK/GATK-Sub-Workflow-h3abionet-snp.cwl, workflows/GATK/GATK-Sub-Workflow-h3abionet-indel.cwl and GATK-Sub-Workflow-h3abionet-indel-no-vqsr.cwl that calls snpEff.cwl be shared somehow? This could be done using $include statements, but then there would need to be 2, one for the inputs and another for the step definition.
